党建引领下“三甲”民族医医院特色文化建设路径探索

医院文化是医院建设发展过程中形成的物质文明和精神文明的总和,是医院的灵魂,是医院品牌的魅力源泉,在医院建设和发展中发挥着重要的作用。在党建引领下加强医院文化建设,是医院自身发展的现实需要,对加强医务人员职业素质、规范医疗行为、优化服务流程、集中体现医院的整体面貌和综合实力起到非常重要的作用。文章结合广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院的实践,从民族医医院特色文化建设入手,以党建促文化传承、促工作创新、促效能发挥,探索党建引领对民族医医院特色文化建设的影响以及对医院高质量发展的推动作用。

Hospital culture is the embodiment of material and spiritual civilization that is formed in the process of hospital construction and development.As the soul of the hospital,the source of charm for the hospital brand,it plays an important role in the construction and development of the hospital.Strengthening the construction of hospital culture under the guidance of Party building is an actual need for the hospital’s own development,and it plays a very important role in enhancing the professional quality of medical staff,standardizing medical behavior,optimizing service process,and reflecting the overall image and comprehensive strength of the hospital.Based on the practical experience of the International Zhuang Medicine Hospital,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper focuses on the construction of characteristic culture of ethnic medicine hospitals,and explores how party building influences the construction of characteristic culture for ethnic medicine hospitals and promotes their high-quality development.
