摘要
建设智慧服务、智慧管理、电子病历“三位一体”的智慧医院是促进公立医院高质量发展的重要手段。结算服务作为整个医疗服务体系的必要环节,如何达到结算便捷、资金安全、管理提质增效多方效益,是医院财务工作应该思考的问题和努力的方向。河南省肿瘤医院通过前瞻性规划、借力信息技术、细分结算服务对象、重构服务流程、打通系统壁垒,构建了一个方便患者、职工、院外学员、家属院住户的智慧结算服务体系,极大地提升了使用者的结算体验,降低了医院人力成本,提高了整体运行效率,规范化和精细化了日常管理,有效发挥了财务价值创造的职能,促进了医院数字化转型和高质量发展。本文通过对该院智慧结算服务体系的介绍和分析,以期为其他医院智慧服务建设提供参考。
Establishing an intelligent hospital that integrates intelligent services,intelligent management,and electronic medical records is crucial for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.Settlement service,as a vital part of the whole healthcare system,should be given careful consideration by hospital finance departments to achieve multiple benefits such as convenient settlement,fund safety,and management quality and efficiency improvement.Henan Cancer Hospital has established anintelligent settlement service system by employing proactive planning,information technology,segmenting settlement service recipients,reconstructing service processes,and breaking down system barriers.This system has significantly improved the settlement experience for users,reduced labor costs,enhanced overall operational efficiency,and facilitated standardized daily management.By creating financial value and promoting digital transformation,it has contributed to the hospital’s high-quality development.This article introduces and analyzes the intelligent settlement service system of Henan Cancer Hospital,providing a reference for the implementation of intelligent services in other hospitals.
