基于SPD医用耗材精细化管理

Fine management of medical consumables based on SPD

目的探索医用耗材供应链管理系统(SPD)在我院医用耗材精细化管理的作用。方法通过对现有医用耗材管理中存在的难点进行分析,并引进SPD管理模式对原有管理模式进行优化,探索智能化资质管理、基于消耗的补货模式、用后结算与日清月结的结算方式、可追溯闭环管理在耗材管理中的运用。结果SPD管理模式实施后,医用耗材资质审核的工作效率得到明显提升,资质的合格率也有原来的82.5%上升到100.0%。每周医用耗材的申请消耗时间从(45.18±10.60)min缩短至(6.96±1.36)min、领用消耗时间从(55.90±12.76)min缩短至(13.59±2.11)min、盘点消耗时间从(30.09±6.93)min缩短至(7.5±0.98)min、计费消耗时间从(153.27±38.96)min缩短至(39.77±9.68)min,可收费耗材库每月存金额由原来的(82.66±13.40)万元降到(6.58±2.05)万元,不可收费耗材每月存金额由原来的(6.08±1.13)万元降到(1.35±0.27)万元,SPD实施后临床护理人员每周申请、领用、盘点、收费的用时以及每月库存金额具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。一物一码实现了医用耗材的全流程闭环追踪,为医用耗材监控、预警、点评提供数据支持。结论SPD管理模式可以全面优化医用耗材的管理流程,大大降低公立医院的管理成本费用,提升医疗耗材管理的智能化水平,促进医疗耗材的精细化管理,是公立医院管理工作降本增效的有效手段。

Objective To explore the role of medical consumables supply chain management system(SPD)in the fine management of medical consumables in our hospital.Methods The existing problems in the management of medical consumables in the hospital were analyzed,and SPD management mode was introduced to better the previous management mode.This study explored the application of intelligent qualification management,consumption-based replenishment mode,post-consumption settlement,and daily and monthly settlement methods,as well as traceable closed-loop management in the management of consumables.Results After the implementation of the SPD management model,the efficiency of medical consumables qualification review was significantly improved,and the qualification rate also increased from 82.5%to 100%.The time for weekly application,claiming,stocktaking,and billing for the medical consumables was shortened from(45.18±10.60)min,(55.90±12.76)min,(30.09±6.93)min,and(153.27±38.96)min to(6.96±1.36)min,(13.59±2.11)min,(7.5±0.98)min,and(39.77±9.68)min,respectively.The monthly storage amount of the chargeable consumables was decreased from(82.66±13.40)ten thousand yuan to(6.58±2.05)ten thousand yuan,and the monthly storage amount of non-chargeable consumables decreased from(6.08±1.13)ten thousand yuan to(1.35±0.27)ten thousand yuan.After the implementation of SPD,there was a significant difference in the time spent by clinical nursing staff on weekly application,claiming,stocktaking,and billingas well as the monthly inventory amount(P<0.001).The rule of“one article labeled with one code”system realized the closed-loop tracking of the whole process of medical consumables,providing data support for medical consumables monitoring,early warning and comments.Conclusion SPD management mode can optimize the management process of medical consumables,reduce the management cost of hospitals,improve the intelligent management level of medical consumables,and promote the fine management of medical consumables.It is an effective approach to reduce costs and increase efficiency in hospital management.
