摘要
公立医院纪检队伍担负着守护群众“健康梦”的责任和使命,发挥着监督保障作用。而打通监督“最后一公里”,需要充分发挥党支部纪检干部的履职作用。在激活党支部纪检干部工作动能方面,波特·劳勒综合激励模型可能是一个值得借鉴的工具和思路。基于此,笔者应用波特·劳勒综合激励模型探究加强公立医院党支部纪检干部履职作用的关键路径,从而提出科学的激励机制,为加强公立医院党支部纪检干部发挥履职作用提供参考。
The discipline inspection divisions of public hospitals play a crucial supervisory and guaranteeing role in safeguarding the general public’s health.However,it requires activating their work motivation to ensure discipline inspection cadres in CPC branches to perform their supervisory duties all through“the last stop to the terminal”.The Porter-Lawler integrated motivation model could be used as a valuable tool and approach to activating their motivation.Therefore,this study applies the model to explore key strategies for enhancing the performance of discipline inspection cadres in the CPC branches at public hospitals.The aim is to establish a scientific motivation mechanism and provide a reference for enhancing their performance.
