Sonazoid与SonoVue超声造影在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用价值研究

The comparative study on the application value of Sonazoid and SonoVue in hepatic hemangioma

目的:探讨Sonazoid和Sono Vue超声造影在肝血管瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月于无锡市人民医院就诊的肝血管瘤患者30例的超声及临床资料,分析肝血管瘤在两种超声造影剂下的灌注模式,在动脉期、门脉期、延迟期和血管后期(Kupffer期)的超声造影表现。以手术、穿刺病理或多种临床资料诊断结果为肝血管瘤为“金标准”,分别计算Sonazoid和Sono Vue超声造影检查在肝血管瘤诊断中的准确率。结果:以手术、穿刺病理或多种临床资料诊断结果为肝血管瘤作为诊断“金标准”,Sonazoid和SonoVue超声造影诊断肝血管瘤的准确率分别为85.37%、80.49%。结论:Sonazoid和SonoVue超声造影对于肝血管瘤的诊断准确性无明显统计学差异,应用Sonazoid可以利用Kupffer相的增强特点来对病灶的良恶性进行进一步的鉴别诊断,但对于肝血管瘤的超声造影诊断,血管相仍然是诊断的重点。

Objective To explore the application value of Sonazoid and SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in hepatic hemangioma.Methods Retrospectively analyse the clinical and contrast-enhanced ultrasound imaging data of the 30 patients with hepatic hemangioma in Wuxi People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.Analyse the perfusion pattern,enhancement characteristics of arterial phase,portal phase,delayed phase and late vascular phase(Kupffer phase)of the two kinds of contrast medium.Taking the final diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma by surgical or puncture pathology,or multiple clinical data as the"gold standard",the two examination methods were compared and analyzed,and the accuracy of the two kinds of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma were calculated respectively.Results Taking the final diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma by surgical or puncture pathology,or multiple clinical data as the"gold standard",the accuracy of Sonazoid and SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was 85.37%and 80.49%retrospectively.Conclusion Sonazoid and SonoVue contrastenhanced ultrasonography have no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy of hepatic hemangioma.The enhancement features of Kupffer phase can be used to further diagnose the benign and malignant lesions,but for the contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma,vascular phase is still the focus of the diagnosis.
