Compilation Path Exploration of District-level Cityscape Planning

随着城市建设向高质量发展方向转型,城市建筑风貌作为彰显城市品质、满足人民对美好生活向往的重要维度,其公共价值属性愈发明显。无论是在政府还是学界,运用城市设计的方法对城市建筑风貌进行管控已成为共识。本文通过对城市建筑风貌管控体系的梳理,以片区级城市建筑风貌管控为研究侧重,分析要素,梳理方法,形成路径。希望对我国的风貌管控和城市建设产生积极的意义。

With the transformation of urban construction towards high-quality development,the cityscape,as an important dimension to highlight urban quality and satisfy people's yearning for a better life,has increasingly obvious public value attribute.Whether in the government administration or the academic community,it has become a consensus to use urban design methods to control cityscape.By sorting out the control system of cityscape,this paper focuses on the research of district-level cityscape control,analyzes elements,summarizes methods and forms research path,which could bring positive reference to the cityscape control and city construction in China.
