浅谈老旧小区改造中的景观人性化设计——以西安市莲湖区蓝天小区为例

Landscape Humanized Design in Old Community Renovation-Taking Liantian Community in Xi'an lianhu District as an example

老旧小区由于建设年代久远,基础设施不健全,设施破损,原有功能已经不能满足居民对于人居环境的要求。随着城市更新不断地发展,老旧小区改造也在逐步推进,景观改造对于老旧小区整体环境提升有重要的价值和意义。本文以西安市莲湖区蓝天小区的景观改造为例,探讨老旧小区改造中的景观人性化设计,包括设计原则,景观人性化设计手法,不同空间的景观改造方式和景观改造中的重点难点等几个方面。为类似老旧改造项目提供经验。

Due to the long history of construction and inadequate infrastructure in old residential areas,the facilities have been damaged,and the original functions can no longer meet the residents'requirements for the living environment.With the continuous development of urban renewal,the renovation of old communities is also gradually advancing,among which the landscape transformation has important value and significance for the overall environment improvement of old communities.This paper takes the landscape transformation of the Liantian Community as an example to discuss the humanized design of the landscape in the old community renovation,including design principles,landscape humanized design techniques,as well as landscape transformation methods and difficulties in different spaces,which could provide experiencefor similar old community renovation projects.
