高密度老城区社区公园规划建设思路初探——以深圳市罗湖区为例

Exploration on Planning and Construction of Community Parks in High-density Old Urban Areas--Taking Luohu District of Shenzhen as an example

高密度老城区因早期规划建设较为粗放,绿地系统不完善,又无法大规模新增公园绿地。本文以深圳市罗湖区为例,探索高度建成区中的社区公园规划和建设思路,通过挖潜增绿、优化布局、精准提升,形成规模效应组合发力,构建山水融城的大公园体系,走出社区公园存量发展的创新之路。

Due to the extensive early planning and construction of high-density old urban areas,the green space system is far from perfect,and it is impossible to add large-scale parks and green spaces.This paper takes the Luohu District of Shenzhen City as an example,the paper explores the planning and construction ideas of community parks in highly built-up areas,forms a scale-effect combination by tapping into potential to increase greenery,optimizing layout,and improving precision,builds a macro park system with mountains and rivers integrating the city,and embarks on an innovative path for the development of community park inventory.
