基于古籍文献的沉细脉相关病证理论探讨

Discussion on Diseases and Syndromes Theory Related to Deep Thready Pulse Based on Ancient Books and Documents

古籍文献中有“沉细内积”“沉细乳结”“沉细痹湿”“沉细为阴痒”等相关脉诊论述。本文系统梳理沉细脉理论条文,对沉细脉相关证候及病证进行深入探讨,总结认为沉细脉所主证候包括阳虚、寒与湿,所见病证与现代肿瘤病、小儿乳食不消、风湿病及阴痒有密切联系。通过对古籍文献中沉细脉理论的详细阐释,可进一步丰富沉细脉机理,为临证应用提供一定参考。

In the ancient literature of TCM,there are related pulse discussions such as"Chen Xi Nei Ji""Chen Xi Ru Jie""Chen Xi Bi Shi""Chen Xi Wei Yin Yang".This paper systematically sorts out the theory of deep thready pulse in ancient books,and documents of TCM and makes further discussion on the related syndromes and symptoms of deep thready pulse.It is concluded that the main syndromes of deep thready pulse include Yang deficiency,cold and dampness,and the symptoms of deep thready pulse are closely related to tumor diseases,infantile dairy indigestion,rheumatism and vulva pruritus.Through the depth explanation of the theory of deep thready pulse in ancient books and documents,it can further enrich the mechanism of deep thready pulse and provide some reference for clinical application.
