基于中医处方法与模型图理解补阳还五汤治疗缺血性中风的配伍思想 被引量:4

摘要 补阳还五汤是王清任的经典传世名方,临床常用于缺血性中风的治疗。因其将治疗血瘀证的常见治法融于一体,集中体现了活血化瘀法的精髓,故历版《方剂学》教材将其选为教学例方。本研究运用中医处方法并结合现代医学与药理学研究分析该方的配伍思想,认为其中包含5种具体治法,分别为补气行血法、补血法、活血法、化瘀法以及通络法,同时绘制模型示意图加以说明。本研究有助于提高中医工作者对补阳还五汤立法和配伍特点的认识,进一步丰富方剂的科学内涵,为教学与临床运用提供新的思路。 Buyang Huanwu decoction is a classic formula of Wang Qingren,which is commonly used in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Because it integrates the common treatment methods of blood stasis and embodies the essence of activating blood circulation and removing stasis strategy,it is selected as a teaching example in the Prescription Science.The formula is analyzed by using the traditional Chinese medicine formulation method and modern medical pharmacology research,it is considered to contain five specific treatment methods,including invigorating Qi and promoting blood,enriching blood,invigorating blood,removing stasis,and dreading collateral channels.At the same time a model diagram isillustrated.This analysis can improve the understanding of the legislation and compatibility of Buyang Huanwu decoction,further enrich its scientific connotation,and provide new ideas for its teaching and clinical application.
