摘要
人才是激励增强现代酒店竞争力的重要因素。以合肥绿地福朋喜来登酒店作为研究案例,分析员工激励机制存在的问题,建立优化薪酬管理及完善激励政策、建立职业生涯发展系统、加强酒店文化建设与宣传、做好激励机制方案评价工作等一系列改进措施,提升员工的忠诚度,促进酒店服务的提高。
For the present,talent competition has become the key point of increasing the competitiveness of modern hotels.This paper makes a case study on Four Points by Sheraton Hefei,discusses the problem in incentive mechanism of the staff,then puts forward a series of measures for improvement to enhance employee loyalty and to promote the improvement of hotel service,such as establishing career development system,strengthening the construction and publicity of hotel culture,and doing a good job in the evaluation of incentive mechanism programs.
