21世纪日本国立大学产学研合作新动向研究

A Study on Japanese National Universities’ New Trend in Promoting the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Since the 21st Century

产学研合作是高校提高技术创新能力、培养创新型人才的重要途径。进入21世纪以来,日本国立大学为满足产业界和自身发展的新需求,在立足于本校校情的基础上采取了一系列新的推动产学研合作发展的措施。这些措施包括构建“组织”对“组织”的产学研合作模式、完善产学研合作利益冲突管理体系、开展专门的产学研合作实施质量评估以及设置多样的产学研合作中介平台。日本国立大学的相关经验为我国高校如何推动产学研合作的高质量发展提供了诸多可资借鉴的经验。

Industry-university-research cooperation is an important way for universities to improve their technological innovation abilities and cultivate innovative talents.Since the beginning of the 21st century,national universities in Japan have taken a series of new measures to promote the development of industry-university-research cooperation based on their conditions for meeting the new development needs of the industry and itself.These measures are suggested as the following:building an industry-university-research cooperation model between“organizations”and“organizations”,improving the conflict of interest management system,carrying out special quality evaluation,and setting up a variety of intermediary platforms.The relevant experience of national universities in Japan has provided a lot of experience for Chinese universities to promote the high-quality development of industry-university-research cooperation.
