供应链安全是保障能源安全的重要基础,从满足煤炭供应链各级劳动者的美好生活需要、让煤炭供应链质量效率大幅提高且更加安全、促进煤炭供应链形成更加公平有序生态关系的3个方面,说明了数字技术是煤炭供应链高质量发展的重要驱动力。通过煤炭供应链数字化转型实践,提出国家能源投资集团有限责任公司(以下简称“国家能源集团”)一体化煤炭供应链业务模式和数字化转型顶层架构,分析了国家能源集团煤炭供应链数字化转型成效,并对煤炭供应链数字化趋势进行了展望。数字化的煤炭供应链以统一的数字化平台为基础,以供应链全要素数据共享为核心,将煤炭生产企业、运输企业、消费企业、经销商、贸易商以及供应链金融、信息服务商等深度融合,实现敏捷供应链、智慧供应链、生态供应链和绿色供应链,助力我国能源安全和高质量发展。

Supply chain security is an important basis for ensuring energy security,it is verified that digital technology is an important driving force for the high-quality development of the coal supply chain from meeting the needs of workers at all levels of the coal supply chain for a better life,improving the quality and efficiency of the coal supply chain significantly and making it safer,and promoting the formation of a fairer and more orderly ecological relationship in the coal supply chain.Through the practice of digital transformation of coal supply chain,the business model of integrated coal supply chain and the top-level architecture of digital transformation of China Energy Investment Group are put forward,the effect of digital transformation of coal supply chain is analyzed,and the digital trend of coal supply chain is prospected.The digital coal supply chain based on a unified digital platform,with full-factor data sharing as the core,and it will deeply integrate coal production enterprises,transportation enterprises,consumer enterprises,distributors,traders,as well as supply chain finance and information service providers,to achieve agile,smart,ecological and green supply chain,and help ensure China's energy security and high-quality development.
