中国平煤神马集团数字化转型研究与实践

针对中国平煤神马控股集团有限公司(以下简称“平煤神马集团”)信息系统种类繁多、缺乏数据标准、业务间存在信息壁垒、无法统一集成共用等问题,提出通过数字化手段实施平煤神马集团业务整合和流程再造,推动物流、信息流、资金流等系统高度集成,构建跨部门、跨单位、跨产业信息互联互通和数据共享共用信息融合共享平台的建设思路。介绍了该平台的设计理念,详细阐述了该平台的总体架构及建设内容。实践应用表明,信息融合共享平台使数字技术与业务场景深度融合,提高了平煤神马集团的管理效率和经济效益,促进了平煤神马集团数字化转型的高质量发展。

In response to the problems of wide variety of information systems,lack of data standards,information barriers between businesses,and inability to integrate and share uniformly in China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Pingmei Shenma Group"),the construction thoughts are proposed to carry out business integration and process reengineering through digital means in Pingmei Shenma Group,promote the high integration of logistics,information flow,fund flow and other systems,and build an cross-department,cross-unit and cross-industry information fusion and sharing platform with information interconnection and data sharing.The design concept of the platform is introduced,and the overall architecture and construction content of the platform are elaborated in detail.The practical application shows that the information fusion and sharing platform enables the deep integration of digital technology and business scenarios,improves the management efficiency and economic benefits of Pingmei Shenma Group,and promotes the high-quality development of Pingmei Shenma Group's digital transformation.
