基于智能综采集控台人机系统的认知负荷研究

摘要 随着煤矿开采模式的转变,工作人员在开采系统中仍是重要的监控调度者,针对作业环境、工作条件的变化,分析了综采集控台操作人员的作业流程与操作任务,研究了操作人员在进行长期监控和突发状况远程调控任务时的信息传递及认知负荷。设计了智能化开采系统认知负荷实验,并结合NASA TLX评价量表、主观评价指标效度分析、任务绩效测量、认知能力评估等研究了操作人员的认知负荷。研究得出:操作人员在经过长期监控作业后遇到作业条件异常情况时,认知负荷不断增加甚至负荷过大。基于此,提出要建立合理的作业制度、减轻操作人员认知负荷,以切实保证煤矿安全高效生产。 With the change of coal mining mode,workers are still important monitoring dispatchers in the mining system.In view of the changes in working environment and conditions,the work flow and operation tasks of the operators of the integrated acquisition console are analyzed,and the information transmission and cognitive load of the operators when carrying out long-term monitoring and remote control of sudden conditions are studied.The cognitive load experiment of intelligent mining system is designed to study the cognitive load of operators by combining NASA TLX evaluation scale,validity analysis of subjective evaluation indicators,task performance measurement,cognitive ability evaluation,etc.The research shows that when operators encounter abnormal working conditions after long-term monitoring,cognitive load increases continuously or even becomes excessive.On the basis,it is proposed to establish a reasonable operation system and reduce the cognitive load of operators to effectively ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
