射血分数保留型心力衰竭的器械治疗进展

Advance in the device therapy in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

心力衰竭(心衰)是心血管疾病终末阶段的表现,治疗难度大。在药物治疗的基础上,器械治疗可进一步改善心衰患者的预后。传统的器械治疗主要用于射血分数降低的心衰患者,射血分数保留的心衰目前药物治疗效果有限,催生了器械治疗的发展。本文就器械治疗在射血分数保留型心衰患者中的应用进展做一综述。

Heart failure(HF)is the manifestation at the terminal stage in patients with cardiovascular diseases.The treatment of HF is challenging and the outcome is poor.The add of device therapy based on the traditional medication therapy can further improve the prognosis in patients with HF.However,device therapy is traditionally used for HF with reduced ejection fraction.Given that current medication treatment for HF with preserved ejection fraction is limited,the development of device therapy for HF with preserved ejection fraction is rational.This review summarizes the application of device therapy in patients with HF with preserved ejection fraction.
