随着建筑业的快速发展,社会对建设项目的要求也越来越高。但由于各种内外因素的影响,使得施工中的安全隐患较大,对施工人员的人身安全和最终的工程质量问题难以保证,必须加强施工管理。本文就建设项目的建设管理和优化战略进行了探讨旨在提出可借鉴化建议。

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the requirements of the society for construction projects are becoming higher and higher.However,due to the influence of various internal and external factors,there are great potential safety hazards in construction,and it is difficult to guarantee the personal safety of construction personnel and the final project quality problems.Therefore,construction management must be strengthened.This paper discusses the construction management and optimization strategy of construction projects in order to put forward referential suggestions.
