低温等离子消融术与传统手术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果对比

Comparison of clinical effects of hypooplasma ablation and conventional surgery for adenoid hypertrophy

目的 比较低温等离子消融术与传统手术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的临床效果。方法 随机选取揭阳市人民医院在2019年1月—2022年7月收治的儿童腺样体肥大患儿80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组患儿采用传统手术治疗,试验组患儿采用低温等离子消融术进行治疗,通过分析对比2组患儿的临床疗效、术后第1天与第3天疼痛评分以及患儿家属对治疗的满意度。结果 试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05);术后第1天和第3天试验组患儿疼痛评分相比于对照组患儿显著更低(P<0.05);试验组家属对治疗满意度显著高于对照组患儿家属(P<0.05)。结论 采用低温等离子消融术治疗儿童腺样体肥大,可以缓解患儿术后疼痛程度,提高患儿家属对治疗的满意度,促进患儿康复,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of low-temperature plasma ablation and traditional surgery in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy.Methods 80 children with adenoidal hypertrophy treated in the Jieyang People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with traditional surgery and the children in the experimental group were treated with low-temperature plasma ablation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The pain scores on the 1st and 3rd day after operation and the satisfaction of children's families with treatment were analyzed and compared with the clinical effects of low-temperature plasma ablation and traditional surgery in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the familymembers of the children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery low-temperature plasma ablation is of great significance in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy.It can significantly,relieve the postoperative pain of the children,and improve the children's treatment.Satisfaction of treatment and promotion of rehabilitation of children are worthy of clinical promotion.
