血府逐瘀汤联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及对血脂情况的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on angina pectoris of coronaryheart disease and its effect on blood lipid

目的 探讨应用血府逐瘀汤联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及对血脂情况的影响。方法将金昌市中西医结合医院2019年7月—2021年7月收治的82例冠心病心绞痛患者纳入研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用血府逐瘀汤治疗,观察组采用血府逐瘀汤联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗,比较2组心绞痛发作情况、心绞痛治疗效果、C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化情况及血脂变化情况。结果 与对照组比,治疗后观察组心绞痛持续时间和发作频率均更低(P<0.05)。观察组心绞痛治疗总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。与对照组比,治疗后观察组CRP水平更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比,治疗后观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平更高,甘油三酯(TG)、血脂总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平更低(P<0.05)。结论 应用血府逐瘀汤联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病心绞痛能改善患者的血脂情况,效果理想。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipid.Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in Jinchang integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction.The attack of angina pectoris,the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris,the change of C-reactive protein(CRP)and the change of blood lipid were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration and frequency of angina pectoris in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 97.56%,higher than 78.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the CRP value of the observation group was lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)value of the observation group after treatment was higher,and the triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can improve the blood lipid of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
