摘要
为了拓宽微生物菌剂原料来源途径、研发新型微生物菌剂,实现生态、绿色和可持续发展有机农业目标。本试验利用从野生大豆(Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.)中分离筛选出的10种内生真菌发酵液对大豆进行种子萌发和幼苗生长期的促生效应试验。结果表明:供试菌株对大豆发芽势和发芽率抑制作用均达显著水平,对发芽势抑制最大的菌株是WDS-6、Z1R1,对发芽率抑制最大的是WDS-6、Y6S-26,测定发芽率第7天,其平均值分别为65%、66.7%;菌株ZX-WD-S4和Y6-r(1)在株高、根部干物质积累、根冠比三方面都起到了最为显著的促进作用;所有菌株对大豆叶片叶绿素含量和冠部干重的作用均不显著;菌株ZX-WD-S4和WDS-6在根系表面积、根系面积、根系体积三方面都起到了显著的促进作用,其中菌株ZX-WD-S4使这三个指标在试验组中分别提高了131.11%、118.76%、192.27%,WDS-6使这三个指标在试验组中分别提高了112.03%、100.91%、213.43%;对根长促进作用最显著的菌株是ZX-WD-S4和Z1L-5,试验组根长分别提高了50.38%、23.77%;对根系平均直径促进作用最显著的菌株是Y6-r(1)、WDS-6,试验组根系平均直径分别提高了65.33%、52.87%,但菌株Y6-r(1)明显抑制了根尖数量;而对根尖数促进作用最显著的菌株是Z1L-5和Y6L-14,试验组根尖数分别增加了22.33%、10.92%。综上可见,ZX-WD-S4、WDS-6、Z1L-5这三种内生真菌对大豆苗期生长起到显著的促生作用。
In order to broaden the sources of raw materials for microbial inoculants,develop new microbial inoculants,and achieve the goal of ecological,green and sustainable development of organic agriculture,the study on the growth-promoting effects on soybean germination and seedling growth was carried out using the fermentation broth of 10 endophytic fungi isolated and screened from wild soybean(Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.).The experimental results are as follows:the inhibitory effects of all tested strains on soybean germinative force and germination rate reached a significant level.Strains WDS-6 and ZIR1 had the greatest inhibition on germinative force,and WDS-6 and Y6S-26 had the greatest inhibition on germination rate.Under the influence of these two strains,the mean values of 65% and 66.7% were determined for the germination rate on day 7.Strains ZX-WD-S4 and Y6-r had the most significant promoting effects on plant height,root dry matter accumulation and root-shoot ratio.And all strains had no significant effects on soybean leaf chlorophyll content and aerial part dry matter accumulation.Strains ZX-WD-S4 and WDS-6 had the most significant promoting effects on root surface area,root area and root volume.Among them,strain ZX-WD-S4 made these three indicators increased by 131.11%,118.76%,and 192.27%,and WDS-6 made these three indicators increased by 112.03%,100.91%,and 213.43% in the experimental group.Strains ZX-WD-S4 and Z1L-5 have the most significant promoting effect on root length,and the root length of the experimental group increased by 50.38% and 23.77%.Strains Y6-r and WDS-6 have the most significant strains promoting effect on average root diameter,and the average root diameter of the experimental group increased by 65.33% and 52.87%.While the strain Y6-r obviously inhibited the root tip quantity.The strains with the most significant effect on the root tip quantity were Z1L-5 and Y6L-14,and the root tip quantity of the experimental group increased by 22.33% and 10.92%.In conclusion,endophytic fungi ZX-WD-S4、WDS-6、Z1L-5 played a great significant role in promoting the growth of soybean seedlings.
