不同南瓜自交系贮藏期间生理变化分析

Analysis of Physiological Changes of Different Pumpkin Inbred Lines during Storage

摘要 为探究南瓜在贮藏条件下生理指标动态变化规律,采用在温度15℃,湿度60%~80%的环境下贮藏南瓜,对比分析4个南瓜自交系的果实品质、失重率、丙二醛在贮藏期间的变化。结果表明:在4个自交系中‘367-2’贮藏品质相对最优,5个营养品质含量在贮藏始期和末期均高于其他3个品系,具有较强的耐贮潜力,可筛选作为耐贮性自交系进行研究利用。在采后贮藏40 d内4个自交系丙二醛含量积累较少,β-胡萝卜素、淀粉、可溶性固形物含量较高,品质相对较好。本研究可为南瓜加工利用适用期提供参考依据,同时为进一步培育耐贮南瓜品种提供理论基础。 In order to explore the dynamic change of physiological indicators of pumpkin under storage conditions,pumpkins were stored at a temperature of 15 C and humidity of 60%~80%,and the changes of fruit quality,weight loss rate and malondialdehyde of four pumpkin inbred lines during storage were compared.The results showed that the quality of‘367-2’in the four was relatively the best before and after storage,and the contents of five nutritional qualities were higher than those of the other three lines at the beginning and end of storage.‘367-2’has a strong storability potential and can be screened as a storage-resistant inbred line for research and utilization.Within 40 days of postharvest storage,the content of malondialdehyde of the four strains was less,and the content of β-carotene,starch and soluble solids was higher,and the quality was relatively good.This study can provide reference for pumpkin processing and utilization,and provide theoretical basis for further breeding of storable pumpkin varieties.
