摘要
本研究旨在探讨花椒有效成分肉桂酸甲酯联合有氧运动对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)大鼠的治疗效果及其可能的作用机制。通过建立NAFLD大鼠模型,将大鼠分为不同处理组并进行相应的干预,然后评估其体重变化、血清生化指标、肝脏形态、抗氧化活性、炎症水平和脂质代谢基因转录等方面的变化。研究结果显示,肉桂酸甲酯联合有氧运动可以显著降低NAFLD大鼠的体重,改善血清生化指标,减轻肝脏脂肪堆积和炎症反应,并提高抗氧化能力。此外,肉桂酸甲酯联合有氧运动还可以纠正NAFLD大鼠中脂质代谢基因的异常表达。综上所述,肉桂酸甲酯联合有氧运动可能是一种潜在的治疗NAFLD的策略。
This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effects of methyl cinnamate,an active compound found in Sichuan pepper,in combination with aerobic exercise on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in rats and its potential mechanisms.The NAFLD rat model was established,and rats were divided into different treatment groups with corresponding interventions.Changes in body weight,serum biochemical parameters,liver morphology,antioxidant activity,inflammatory levels,and transcription of lipid metabolism genes were evaluated.The results showed that the combined treatment with methyl cinnamate and aerobic exercise significantly reduced body weight,improved serum biochemical parameters,alleviated hepatic fat accumulation and inflammation,and enhanced antioxidant capacity in NAFLD rats.Furthermore,the combined treatment effectively corrected the abnormal expression of lipid metabolism genes in NAFLD rats.In conclusion,the combined treatment with methyl cinnamate and aerobic exercise may represent a potential strategy for the treatment of NAFLD.
