本研究探讨了生物育种企业研发投入与经费管理的数智化创新。生物育种研发具有复杂性、不确定性和高风险性,面临资源配置、成本控制和效益评估等挑战。数智化管理为生物育种企业提供了创新解决方案。通过先进技术和模型进行资源优化,生物育种企业可以更好地规划和配置资源,提高效率和经济效益。数智化管理工具有助于准确记录和分析研发成本,及时调整资源配置,降低成本风险,实现投入和产出的平衡。此外,数智化管理提供全面的评估指标和模型,帮助评估研发投入的效益,为决策者提供科学依据。然而,数据安全和隐私保护仍然是数智化管理面临的挑战,需要进一步研究和实践解决。未来研究应关注这些问题,并探索更完善的数智化管理方法和工具,推动生物育种企业研发投入和经费管理的创新与发展。
This paper examines the application of digital innovation in the realm of R&D investment and financial management within the biotechnology industry.The field of biotechnology research and development(R&D)is characterized by its complexity,uncertainty,and high-risk nature,presenting challenges in resource allocation,cost control,and benefit evaluation.Through digitalization,innovative solutions can be implemented by biotechnology enterprises to address these challenges.Advanced technologies and models can be leveraged to optimize resource allocation,improve operational efficiency,and enhance economic outcomes.Digital management tools facilitate precise recording and analysis of R&D costs,enabling timely adjustments in resource allocation to mitigate cost-related risks and strike a balance between investment and returns.Moreover,digitalization provides comprehensive evaluation metrics and models that aid decision-makers in assessing the efficacy of R&D investments,providing valuable scientific insights for informed decision-making.However,data security and privacy protection emerge as critical concerns in digital management,necessitating further research and practical solutions.Future studies should focus on tackling these issues and exploring more sophisticated digital management methods and tools,with the aim of propelling innovation and advancement in R&D investment and financial management within the biotechnology industry.
