党的二十大报告首次提出“坚持党的领导、统一战线与协商民主有机结合”,对于丰富和发展中国民主政治具有重要的理论意义。三者有机结合的时代意蕴在于,助推中国式现代化,丰富发展全过程人民民主,利于讲好中国故事、推动话语创新。坚持党的领导是三者有机结合的逻辑起点,马克思主义为其奠定哲学基础,党的奋斗史是其历史基因,新时代理论创新是其理论基础。坚持党的领导、统一战线、协商民主有机结合,就要坚持和完善党的全面领导制度体系,坚持和完善中国新型政党制度,坚持和完善人民政协制度。

The Report to the 2Oth National Congress of the CPC clearly states for the first time that"ensure the integration of Party leadership,the united front,and consultative democracy",which has important theoretical significance for enriching and developing China's democratic politics.The epoch-making significance of the organic integration of the three is to promote the Chinese modernization,enrich and develop the wholeprocess People's democracy,which is conducive to telling China's story well and promoting discourse innovation.Upholding the leadership of the Party is the logical starting point of the organic integration of the three,Marxism lays the philosophical foundation for it,the history of the Party's struggle is its historical gene,and the theoretical innovation of the new era is its theoretical foundation.To ensure the integration of Party leadership,the united front,and consultative democracy,we must uphold and improve the institutional system of Party's overall leadership,new type of socialist political party system,and the system of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
