高校是培根铸魂、启智润心,培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要场所。党的十八大以来,习近平同志高度重视高校人才培养工作,指出要始终将立德树人、德育为先的理念贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,推动高校人才工作高质量发展。具体而言,一是培养有理想、有本领,能够担当民族复兴大任的新时代青年;二是要兼顾青年群体知识体系的打造和人文情怀的养成,实现大学生“综合协同”发展;三是要引导青年学子树立马克思主义信仰,践行、传播社会主义核心价值观,成为中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。

Colleges and universities are important places for cultivating the soul,enlightening the mind,and nurturing qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the cultivation of talents in universities,pointing out that the concept of cultivating morality and putting moral education first should always be integrated into the entire process of education and teaching,achieving full and all-round education,and promoting the high-quality development of talent work in universities.Specifically,the first is to cultivate young people of the new era with ideals,abilities,and the ability to undertake the great task of national rejuvenation.Secondly,it is necessary to balance the creation of the knowledge system of young people and the cultivation of humanistic sentiments,in order to achieve the"comprehensive and coordinated"development of college students.The third is to guide young students to establish Marxist beliefs,practice and disseminate the core socialist values,and become qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
