水下装备预防性维修策略研究

摘要 随着实战化军事训练的持续深入推进,水下装备使用强度、使用时长和环境应力较以往有了明显增强,装备损耗、需求和维修矛盾日益凸显。预防性维修可以有效减少故障发生率,避免因故障带来的损失,对维系部队正常训练工作具有重要意义。综合考虑水下装备使用环境的特殊性、故障后果的严重性以及事后维修费用的高昂性等,针对水下装备开展预防性维修策略研究,建立视情预防性维修策略模型及其优化模型。根据案例分析结果,验证了所提模型具有较好的工程应用性,可为水下装备的预防性维修策略制定起到一定的指导作用。 Tary training,the intensity,duration,and environmental stress of underwater equipment have significantly increased compared to before.The contradiction between equipment loss,demand,and maintenance is becoming increasingly prominent.Preventive maintenance can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of faults and avoid huge losses caused by faults,which is of great significance for maintaining the normal training work of troops.Taking into account the particularity of the underwater equipment usage environment,the severity of fault consequences,and the high cost of post maintenance,this article conducts preventive maintenance strategy research on underwater equipment,establishes a situational preventive maintenance strategy model and its optimization model.Based on case analysis results,it shows that it has good engineering applicability and plays a certain guiding role in formulating preventive maintenance strategies for underwater equipment.
