不锈钢复合板压力容器制造过程中存在问题分析

Analysis of Problems in Manufacturing Process of Stainless-Steel Clad Plate Pressure Vessel

目前复合钢板在石油化工行业中得到了广泛的应用,尤其以不锈钢做复层材料的化工设备和压力容器更为普遍。但在实际的生产制造过程中,如果采用的工艺措施不当,常会出现各种焊接缺陷和质量问题。本文通过对不锈钢复合板压力容器制造过程中出现的各种问题及原因进行分析,并提出了有效的解决方法。

At present,clad steel plates have been widely used in the petrochemical industry.Especially,chemical equipment and pressure vessels using stainless steel as a cladding material are commonly seen.In the actual manufacturing processes,however,various welding defects and other quality problems often tend to appear in case of adopting improper process measures.This paper analyzes the problems arising in producing pressure vessels made of stainless-steel clad plates and the reason behind them and proposed workable solutions.
