摘要
气体悬浮轴承在转速、温度、精度、稳定性、寿命等方面有着天然的优势,是提升高端装备性能的重要途径之一,同时也是氢气液化领域必不可少的设备。本文主要介绍了以下几方面内容:气体悬浮轴承的类型、结构组成和润滑原理;各类轴承的比较;几种使用气体悬浮轴承的氢液化系统构成。
Gas Bearing has natural advantages in speed,temperature,accuracy,stability,life,etc.It is one of the important ways to improve the performance of high-end equipment,and is also an indispensable equipment in the field of hydrogen liquefaction.This paper mainly introduces the following aspects:The types and structure of gas bearing,the lubrication principle of gas bearing,the advantages and disadvantages of static pressure and dynamic pressure gas bearing in the field of hydrogen liquefaction;Several kinds of hydrogen liquefaction systems using gas bearing are constructed.
