高压气源储罐设计优化及制造要点分析

摘要 高压气源储罐由于操作压力较高,工作过程中存在压力波动工况,属于典型的疲劳设备。设备在设计时根据实际工况进行模拟计算,对人孔、排净口及局部高应力部位进行结构优化,并对设备制造难点进行分析,制定合理的设计及制造方案,使设备整体使用可靠性和安全性得到有效保障。 High pressure vessel is typical fatigue equipment due to its high operating pressure and pressure fluctuation during operation.During the design of the equipment,the simulation calculation shall be carried out according to the actual working conditions,the structure optimization shall be carried out for the manhole,drain and local high stress parts,and the difficulties in the equipment manufacturing shall be analyzed and formulated,so as to effectively guarantee the overall reliability and safety of the equipment.
