数字化战略转型期档案服务业发展取向与演进路径分析

本文基于“十四五”期间数字化战略转型的背景和主要目标要求,讨论了数字化在档案服务业中的重要性和应用前景。通过调查,分析数字化在档案服务业中的应用与发展现状,总结数字化战略转型期档案服务业的机遇和挑战,提出了以用户为中心、以服务为导向、以数字化为手段、以创新为动力的数字化转型原则,并探讨了数字化转型的四个阶段和实施步骤,为档案服务业数字化转型和可持续发展策略的实施提供参考。

Based on the background and main objectives of digitalization strategy transformation during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,this paper discusses the importance and application prospect of digitalization in archival service industry.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the application and development status of digitalization in the archive service industry,summarizes the opportunities and challenges and puts forward the principles of digital transformation that is user-centered,service-oriented,digitalized,and innovation-driven.It also discusses the four stages and implementation steps of digital transformation,providing reference for the implementation of digital transformation and sustainable development strategy of the archival service industry.
