美国较早开展了社区数字化存档活动,其DigiKits项目是社区数字化存档的先进实践成果。DigiKits项目具有主体协作高效、上下线存档方式一体化、版权明确和成果共享等特色,探索出了一条社区情境下各主体参与数字化存档的路径。借鉴其经验,我国可从建设多元主体高效协作机制、上下线融合存档、明确版权规则、创新成果共享形式等方面开展社区数字化存档活动。

Community digital archiving activities were carried out earlier in the United States,and its DigiKits project is an advanced practice of community digital archiving.The DigiKits project has the characteristics of efficient collaboration of subjects,integration of online and offline archiving methods,clear copyright and sharing of results,etc.It has explored a way for various subjects to participate in digital archiving in a community context.Drawing on its experience,our country can carry out community digital archiving activities from the aspects of constructing multisubject and efficient cooperation mechanism,integrating archiving online and offline,clarifying copyright rules and sharing the innovative achievement.
