近四十年“高效课堂”的重要探索——“教是为了不教”教学思想研究检讨

摘要 “教是为了不教”这一说法是古罗马教育家昆体良最早提出的,不过其真正对中国教育产生影响还缘自叶圣陶先生的提倡和重新定义。近四十年来,人们对“教是为了不教”的研究包括四个层面,分别是解读层面、迁移层面、反思层面以及丰富内涵和构建体系层面。该理论之所以有如此强劲的生命力,是因为其具有现实针对性、教育学理性、学术启发性。“教是为了不教”的研究是近四十年“高效课堂”探索工作的一个缩影,对今后的教育教学研究工作亦不无启发意义。 It was Quintilian,an Ancient Rome educator,who first put forward the saying that“Teaching for the Sake of Not Teaching”,but its real influence on Chinese education came from Ye Shengtao.In the past 40 years,the research on“Teaching for the Sake of Not Teaching”includes four levels,namely,interpretation,transferring,reflection,and rich connotation and construction system.The reason why the theory has such strong vitality is that it has realistic pertinence,pedagogical rationality and academic enlightenment.The research of“Teaching for the Sake of Not Teaching”is a microcosm of the exploration of the Efficient Classroom in the past 40 years and it is also enlightening for the future education and teaching research work.
