摘要
以“岗课赛证”融通为导向加强高职院校跨境电商课程改革,顺应了跨境电商专业人才的培养需求,有利于表现职业教育改革的实际特征,增强学生专业领域的就业能力。针对当前高职院校跨境电商课程“岗课赛证”融通中所出现的“相互融合”变为“片面整合”,“多元参与”变为“多方配合”,“理实统筹”变为“理实分离”,“过程导向”变为“结果导向”等问题,提出了基于“岗课赛证”融通的跨境电商课程改革的策略:课程重构,基于岗位能力需求优化课程教学;对标建设,强化岗课赛证各方主体协同合作;教学创新,借助第二课堂扩展实践教学形式;评价赋能,构建岗课赛证多元维度评价体系。
Guided by the integration of"post course competition certificate",strengthening the reform of cross-border e-commerce courses in vocational colleges has important value.It conforms to the training needs of cross-border e-commerce professionals,and is conducive to fully demonstrating the actual characteristics of vocational education reform,and enhancing students'professional abilities in the field of work.In response to the problems of"mutual integration"becoming"one-sided integration""diverse participation"becoming"multi-party cooperation""theory and practice coordination"becoming"separation of theory and practice",and"process oriented"becoming"result oriented"in the current integration of cross-border e-commerce courses in vocational colleges,a strategy for cross-border e-commerce course reform based on"job course competition certificate"integration is proposed,which is course reconstruction,that is to optimize course teaching based on job competency requirements;benchmarking construction,strengthening the collaborative cooperation of all parties involved in the job course certification competition;teaching innovation,utilizing the second classroom to expand practical teaching forms,and empowering evaluation and constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system for job course competition certification.
