“岗课赛证”融通下高职院校酒店管理与数字化运营专业课程体系构建研究

Construction of the Professional Course System of Hotel Management and Digital Operation Major in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Integration of Post-Course-Competition-Certificate

旅游行业人才供需矛盾表现为一方面行业对传统旅游人才需求数量急剧下降,另一方面学校无法培养行业急需的新型旅游人才。其根本原因在于学校的课程与企业工作任务、技能大赛规则和1+X证书要求结合不够紧密。基于此,本文重新构建了酒店管理与数字化运营专业课程体系,使课程内容与工作标准、大赛规则和证书要求有机融合,为课程建设改革指明了方向。

Since the epidemic,the contradiction between the supply and demand of tourism talents shows that on the one hand,the demand for traditional tourism talents in the industry has declined sharply;on the other hand,schools cannot train new tourism talents urgently needed by the industry.The fundamental reason is that the curriculum of schools is not closely combined with the work tasks of enterprises,the rules of skills competitions and the requirements of 1+X certificates.This paper reconstructs the course system of hotel management and digital operation majors,integrates the course content with the working standards,competition rules and certificate requirements,and points out the direction for the course construction reform.
