红色文化是中国共产党领导中国人民进行革命、建设与改革事业、实现中华民族伟大复兴实践中的物质和精神积淀。红色文化内涵丰富,从历史维度看,红色文化是一种革命文化;从现实维度看,红色文化是一种正在不断演进的社会主义先进文化;从文化属性维度看,红色文化是一种具有马克思主义意识形态属性的文化;从价值功能维度看,红色文化是一种自带思想政治教育功能的先进文化。

Red culture is the material and spiritual accumulation in the practice of the CPC leading the Chinese people to carry out revolution,construction and reform,and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Red culture has rich connotations.From a historical perspective,red culture is a revolutionary culture;from a practical perspective,red culture is an advanced socialist culture that is constantly evolving;from the perspective of cultural attributes,red culture is a culture with Marxist ideological attributes;from the perspective of value functions,red culture is an advanced culture with its own ideological and political education function.
