新时代高校“一体三翼五聚焦”思政育人模式的构建与践行

Construction and Practice of Ideological and Political Education Model of"One Body,Three Wings and Five Foci"in Universities in New Era

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校思想政治工作面临新形势新任务新要求,深入准确地把握高校思想政治教育的发展理路,构建行之有效的思想政治育人模式,能够为当下高校思想政治教育的发展提供新的思路。在实践中,“一体三翼五聚焦”的育人模式,紧紧围绕立德树人、价值观塑造的主体,聚焦党建引领、学风建设、创新创业、资助育人、心理健康的学生工作,全面发展大学生的德育、智育、心育。通过顶层设计、内生动力、资源配置、质量评价四条路径全面保障育人模式的运行,不断提升思政育人实效。

As the socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the ideological and political education in universities is facing new challenges,tasks and requirements.To provide new ideas for ideological and political education at current time,it is of great necessity to master its development path in universities and construct an effective model.In practice,the present educational mode of"one body,three wings and five foci"closely upholding to foster virtue through education and value shaping as the main body,focusing on party building,cultivation of fine academic conduct,innovation and entrepreneurship,financial support,and mental health education,so as to comprehensively develop the morality,intellectual and health of college students.Four paths,such as top-level design,endogenous motivation,resource allocation and quality evaluation,are designated in the model to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
