县域市场共同体的形成与中国式现代化——以湖南省邵东市为例

The Formation of County Market Community and the Chinese Path to Modernization——A Case Study in Shaodong County

邵东市是湖南省首个民营经济改革与发展试验区,有“百工之乡、商贸之城、民营之都”的美誉。改革开放前夕,集市贸易和长途贩运便在地下悄悄发展;而待政策风向有所改变时,以邵东工业品市场为中心、数个专业市场为卫星的多元多层次的邵东市场集群,便在民众自发和政府引导两相结合之下快速形成。邵东市场集群建立在县域工贸联合的社会过程中,这一过程催生了联结本地生产端和贸易端的县域市场共同体,并推动了县域社会基于市场分工的有机黏结和再造。邵东民营经济的起步与本地的手工业传统和社会主义建设时期在湘中地区的轻工业布局密不可分,并在发展壮大中兼容了乡土性与城市性、社会交往与商贸联系,为经济转型期的中国式现代化提供了鲜活的案例。

Shaodong City(county-level-city)is the first pilot demonstration area for the reform and development of private economy in Hunan Province,and has the reputation for its handicrafts,commerce and private enterprises.On the eve of the reform and opening up,fair trade and long-distance traffic were held in secrecy.When the politics changed its tune,the diversified and multi-level Shaodong market cluster,with Shaodong industrial products market as the center and several specialized markets as the satellites,was rapidly formed under the combination of public action and government support.Shaodong market cluster was based on the county-level combination of industry and trade for decades,which promoted the specialized market as the core and created a market community connecting the local production and exchange,and therefore leaded to the organic cohesion and reconstruction of the county society based on the market division.The blossoming of Shaodong’s private economy is inseparable from the local handicraft tradition and the light industry layout in central Hunan during the period of socialist construction.In the development and expansion,Shaodong’s private economy is compatible with the local and urban,social exchanges and business links,and provides a fresh case for the Chinese path to modernization in the economic transition period.
