The Construction of China-Africa Knowledge,Ideological and Cultural Community Under the Background of Global Development Initiative

在全球发展倡议背景下,发展中国家要实现民族复兴,必须与其他国家的历史文化与现代文明对话,通过构建知识思想文化共同体,塑造新型国际知识体系。作为南南合作的典范,中国与非洲构建知识思想文化共同体具有扎实的思想、文化与现实基础,其体系主要包括文化知识、发展知识、医卫知识、安全知识、生态知识等“五位一体”的中非命运共同体知识。面对国际知识体系缺乏平衡性、基础理论研究稍显滞后、社会思潮影响中非政治互信等问题与挑战,中、非双方要摆脱西方范式的学徒思维,研究西方动向、摆脱西方体系压制,以马克思主义引领共同体建设;推动传统文化的现代化转型,保持“自性”与“他性”之间的张力,平衡文化与经济效益;提升基础理论研究水平,形成系统的知识生产架构,重视区域国别学建设;促进人文交流实践,提升话语权和软实力,建构中非共建共享共兴的知识思想文化共同体,为人类命运共同体的构建提供思想前提、筑牢文化根基、夯实民意基础。

In the context of Global Development Initiatives,developing countries must engage in dialogue on history,culture,and modernity with other nations to achieve rejuvenation.By constructing a knowledge-ideology-culture community,a new international knowledge system can form.China and Africa building such a community has a solid ideological,cultural and practical foundation.Its system centers around five China-Africa community of shared future knowledge areas:culture,development,health,security,and ecology.Challenges like imbalances in the international knowledge system,inadequate basic theoretical research,and societal trends impacting China-Africa political trust must be addressed.China and Africa must abandon Western paradigms,promote traditional culture modernization,and improve basic theoretical research.Fostering people-to-people and cultural exchanges,a China-Africa jointly built,shared and prosperous knowledge-ideologyculture community can provide an ideological premise,construct a cultural foundation,and consolidate public opinion foundations for a community of shared future.
