Comparative Analysis of Regeneration Ability and Traits in Coix L.

目的:黔西南薏苡种质资源主要是地方品种,不同品种各性状差异较大,尤其是越年再生性差异较大,旨在鉴定各薏苡种质之间的再生能力的差异。方法:通过收集筛选薏苡种质资源10份,田间自然种植,对不同品种的再生能力进行鉴定。结果:结果表明,10份种质越年再生能力差异极大,黑壳薏苡2越年再生能力最强,产量低;白壳薏苡越年再生能力较差,但产量高;且越年再生季和头季之间性状差异较大;结论:综合各种质优缺点,当地应以白壳小薏苡作为良种种植,黑壳薏苡可用作选育其多年生薏苡种质。

Coix,a valuable germplasm resource in Southwestern Guizhou,exhibits variations in traits among local species.This study aims to assess the regenerative capacity of Coix L.and provide a basis for variety improvement and parent selection.In this study,ten landrces were phenotypically identified and evaluated for diversity index.The results showed disparities in the growth period,with black-s shell Coix L 2 demonstrating strongest regenerative ability but lower productivity;Conversely,Coix with poor regeneration ability exhibited higher yield.Substantial trait differences were observed between the regeneration season and the initial season.Based on phenotypic comparison,small Coix with white shell can plant in this area,big Coix with white shell and Coix with black shell can be used as a selection options for other germplasms.
