摘要
文章基于2013—2021年长三角地区南京都市圈、杭州都市圈和上海都市圈面板数据,先构建耦合度与耦合协调度模型,采用熵权法计算各指标权重,再通过新冠疫情前后数据计算,分别对每个都市圈机场群与城市群发展指标总贡献、综合发展指数、耦合度和耦合协调度进行比较分析,据此精准判定三大都市圈每年的耦合协调等级。实证发现:从空间上看,上海都市圈无论是耦合度还是耦合协调度,都始终高于南京都市圈和杭州都市圈;从时间上看,上海都市圈近九年来一直处于高水平耦合协调状态,而南京都市圈和杭州都市圈在遭遇疫情冲击后,耦合协调等级显著下降。研究表明,后两者的机场系统和城市系统亟待数字化转型和智能化发展,同时应高度契合“双循环”新发展格局,实现路径嵌入并提高发展韧性。
Based on the panel data of Nanjing metropolitan area,Hangzhou metropolitan area,and Shanghai metropolitan area in the Yangtze River Delta from 2013 to 2021,this paper first constructs the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,and calculates the weight of each index by using the entropy weight method;then,through the calculation before and after the epidemic,this paper conducts a comparative analysis of the total index contribution,comprehensive development index,coupling degree,and coupling coordination degree of the development of airport group and urban agglomerations in each metropolitan area,and accurately judges the coupling coordination level of each year in the three metropolitan areas.The empirical findings are as follows:from the perspective of space,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of Shanghai metropolitan area are always higher than those of Nanjing metropolitan area and Hangzhou metropolitan area;in terms of time,the Shanghai metropolitan area has been in a high-level state of excellent coupling and coordination for the past nine years,while Nanjing metropolitan area and Hangzhou metropolitan area have significantly declined in the level of coupling and coordination when confronted with epidemic risk.This indicates that the airport development system and urban development system of the latter two need digital transformation and intelligent development urgently,and should be highly compatible with the"dual circulation"to achieve path embedding and improve development resilience.
