考虑负荷聚合商的互联孤岛微网频率控制方法 被引量:3

摘要 频率对于孤岛微网的稳定运行至关重要,但可再生能源的接入和终端电气化率的提升导致孤岛微网频率性能恶化。文中为提升孤岛微网频率抗干扰性,并考虑负荷聚合商具有的可控负荷调节能力,提出一种基于双模糊控制的互联孤岛微网频率鲁棒控制方法。首先,针对互联孤岛微网的区域控制误差和单孤岛微网频率波动,通过模糊控制初步分配储能系统和其他可调系统的频率调节参考功率;其次,根据柴油发电系统和负荷聚合商的频率调节备用容量,通过模糊控制精细化分配可调系统的频率调节参考功率;然后,基于双模糊控制的互联孤岛微网频率控制模型设计滑模鲁棒控制器,提升柴油发电系统的鲁棒性。研究表明,本文提出的互联孤岛微网频率鲁棒控制方法能够抑制互联孤岛微网频率和联络线功率波动,提升孤岛微网鲁棒性,同时能够降低柴油发电系统的调频容量配置。 Frequency is very important for stable operation of island microgrid.However,the access of re⁃newable energy and the improvement of terminal electrification rate lead to the deterioration of the frequen⁃cy performance of the island microgrid.For improving the anti⁃interference ability of frequency of island mi⁃crogrid and considering the controllable load regulation ability of load aggregator,a kind of frequency ro⁃bust control method based on double fuzzy control for interconnected island microgrid is proposed.Firstly,as for the area control error of interconnected island microgrid and the frequency fluctuation of single island microgrid,the frequency regulation reference power of the storage system and other regulation systems are distributed preliminarily through fuzzy control.Secondly,according to the reserve capacity of frequency ad⁃justment of diesel power generation system and load aggregator,the frequency regulation reference power of the adjustable system is finely distributed by fuzzy control.Then,the sliding mode robust controller is de⁃signed based on the interconnected island microgrid frequency control model to improve the robustness of diesel power generation system.The study shows that the frequency robust control method of interconnect⁃ed island micro grid proposed in this paper can suppress the frequency and tie⁃line power fluctuations of in⁃terconnected island microgrid,improve the robustness of island microgrid and,at the same time,reduce the frequency regulation capacity allocation of diesel power generation system.
