摘要 由于振动信号监测仪成本高,并且单纯的振动幅值监测装置不适用于电机故障诊断,针对这一问题,研发了一种矿用电机轴承振动监测仪。首先,进行了轴承振动监测仪的总体设计,包括设计了振动监测仪的功能、总体架构和通讯指令码;然后,进行了振动监测仪的硬件选型研究,设计了以STM32F407ZGT6芯片为核心的振动监测仪硬件电路原理图,开发了振动监测仪的主程序、模数(AD)转换采集程序以及控制器域网(CAN)总线通信程序,形成了振动监测仪专用软件;最后,进行了轴承振动监测系统功能的测试实验,并且在某煤炭公司风井通风机电机上进行了现场应用测试。实验结果表明:该振动监测仪采集精度较高,采集信号的幅值和频率平均误差分别为2.57%和0.76%;研究结果表明:采用该振动监测仪可以长期、稳定地采集和储存电机轴承运行数据,从而为电机轴承故障诊断研究提供数据支持。 Aiming at the problem of the high cost of vibration signal monitoring and the inapplicability of the simple vibration amplitude monitoring device to motor fault diagnosis,a vibration monitor for motor bearing was developed.Firstly,the overall design of bearing vibration monitor was carried out,including the function,overall architecture and communication instruction code of the vibration monitor were designed.Then,the hardware selection research of the vibration monitor was carried out,and the hardware circuit schematic diagram of the vibration monitor which based on STM32F407ZGT6 chip was designed.The main program,analog to digital(AD)conversion acquisition program and controller area network(CAN)bus communication program of the vibration monitor was developed,which forming the special software of the vibration monitor.Finally,the system function of the vibration monitor test in laboratory environment was carried out,and the field application test was carried out on the fan motor of an air shaft in a coal company.The experimental results show that the acquisition accuracy of the vibration monitor is high,and the average error of the amplitude and frequency of the collected signal is 2.57%and 0.76%respectively.The experimental results show that the vibration monitor can collect and store the running data of motor bearing stably for a long time,which can provide data support for the research of motor bearing fault diagnosis.
