建立产品经理机制实现化工新产品研产销一体化

摘要 研究分析了化工新产品生产企业在研产销一体化方面存在的问题,提出了建立产品经理机制实现研产销一体化的设想,介绍了产品经理机制的作用与价值、设计的原则与要求、人员选聘和绩效评估方法、可能存在的问题与对策等。总结了在某化工生产企业的应用实践与成果,成功培育出了聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚四氟乙烯改性树脂、聚偏氟乙树脂、氟膜和大数据中心用冷却液等年销售产值过亿元的新产品,并在市场中站稳了脚跟。表明产品经理机制是化工新产品研产销一体化的有效解决方案。 This paper analyzes the problems existing in the integration of R&D,production and marketing of new chemical product manufacturing enterprises,puts forward the idea of establishing product manager mechanism to realize the integration of R&D,production and marketing,and introduces the function and value of product manager mechanism,the principles and requirements of design,personnel selection and performance evaluation methods,possible problems and countermeasures.The application practice and achievements in a chemical production enterprise were summarized.New products with annual sales value of more than 100 million yuan,such as polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder,polytetrafluoroethylene modified resin,polyvinylidene fluoride resin,fluorine film and coolant for big data center,were successfully cultivated and gained a firm foothold in the market.It shows that the product manager mechanism is an effective solution to the integration of research,production and marketing of new chemical products.
