减缓三聚氰胺反应器温差上升速率方法探讨

摘要 从三聚氰胺反应器进料、电伴热、加减负荷、刺刀管酸洗、保温等方面分析了导致三聚氰胺反应器温差异常上升的原因。经过多年的生产实践,从把控进反应器的物料质量、温度、流量,增加过滤器、稳定反应器运行工况、改进刺刀管酸洗程序、进行技改技措等方面,提出了各种减缓三聚氰胺反应器温差上升的方法。结果表明,采取一系列管控措施、技术改造和优化操作方法后,2022年度反应器满负荷运行267d,反应器温差上升10.06℃,温差上升速率小于0.04℃/d,温差得到有效管控,取得了良好成效。 The reasons for the abnormal rise of temperature difference in melamine reactor were analyzed from the aspects of melamine reactor feed,electric tracing,load addition and subtraction,pickling of bayonet tube and heat preservation.After years of production practice,from the aspects of controlling the material quality,temperature and flow rate of the reactor,increasing the filter,stabilizing the operating conditions of the reactor,improving the pickling process of the bayonet tube,and carrying out technical transformation measures,various methods to slow down the temperature difference of the melamine reactor are proposed.The results showed that after adopting a series of control measures,technical transformation and optimized operation methods,the reactor was operated at full load for 267 d in 2022,the temperature difference of the reactor increased by 10.06℃,and the temperature difference rise rate was less than 0.04℃/d.The temperature difference was effectively controlled and good results were achieved.
