摘要
提出了将冗余测量方法用于斜坡温场的温度动态补偿。先通过仿真找出该方法中影响温度偏差的因素,并通过数据分析得出不同条件下C值的大小及其对偏差的影响,然后将两支相同形状材质、热响应时间较长的温度传感器封装在一个不锈钢套管的中心点和边缘,将其放入斜坡温场中进行测量,得出C值后按照冗余测量方法的公式进行修正,从而获得与标准值(热响应时间极短的热敏电阻所测得的温度)偏差较小的动态温度曲线。经过公式修正后,修正值与标准值的差值均在0.2℃之内,因此证明方法有效。
This article proposes the use of redundant measurement methods for temperature dynamic compensation in a slope temperature field.Firstly,the factors that affect temperature deviation in this method are identified through simulation,and the size of the C value under different conditions and its impact on deviation are analyzed through data.Then,two temperature sensors with the same shape and long thermal response time are packaged at the center and edge of a stainless steel casing,and placed in the slope temperature field for measurement,After obtaining the C value,it is corrected according to the formula of the redundant measurement method to obtain a dynamic temperature curve with a small deviation from the standard value(temperature measured by thermistors with extremely short thermal response time).After formula correction,the difference between the corrected value and the standard value is within 0.2℃,thus proving the effectiveness of the method.
