为评价相关计量技术机构开展甲烷气体检测报警器检定装置的复现和保持量值的能力,2022年铜川市计量测试所作为主导实验室组织实施了全市甲烷气体检测报警器计量标准比对工作,主导实验室通过对比对结果的分析,指出各参比实验室在操作规范性、数据处理和不确定度评定等方面尚存在的问题,提出了相应的技术建议与改进措施。

To evaluate the detection ability of methane gas detection and alarm verification devices of relevant metrological verification institutions to reproduce and maintain measurement values,Tongchuan Metrological Testing Institute,as the leading laboratory,organized and implemented the comparison of measurement standards for methane gas detection alarms in the city in 2022.By comparing and analyzing the results,the leading laboratory pointed out the problems existing in the operation standardization,data processing,and uncertainty evaluation of each reference laboratory,and proposed corresponding technical suggestions and improvement measures.
