摘要
某混凝土结构屋面原采用SBS改性沥青卷材防水层,因使用年久而渗漏需要翻新,本文介绍了采用非沥青基强力交叉膜自粘防水卷材(双面自粘)与丁基自粘高分子防水卷材(TPO)复合为主防水层的屋面防水修复系统,既避免出现窜水隐患,又有很好的耐久性能,实现了“一次防水”的理念。
The waterproofing layer of some concrete structure roof originally used SBS modified bitumen membrane,and it needs to be renovated due to leakage after long-term service.This article introduces a combined roof waterproofing repair system that uses non-asphalt strong cross laminated film reinforced self-adhesive waterproofing membrane(self-adhesive on both sides)and butyl self-adhesive polymer waterproofing membrane(TPO)as the main waterproofing layer,which not only avoids the risk of water channeling,but also has good durability,achieving the concept of“one-time waterproofing”.
