自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材剥离强度影响因素分析及优化

摘要 测试了铝板、溶剂、拉伸速度、粘合后放置时间、卷材厚度、热老化、紫外线等因素对自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材剥离强度的影响,并提出了优化方案。结果表明:卷材与铝板剥离强度的大小与铝板新旧、压辊的尺寸、受力程度、拉伸速度、粘合后放置时间、卷材厚度、热老化、紫外线有关。建议及时更换旧铝板;选用符合标准的56 mm宽手柄式压辊、拉伸速度和粘合后放置时间进行测试;热老化和紫外线老化会导致剥离强度降低,卷材应避光、通风、常温储藏;卷材厚度越大,剥离强度越大;剥离强度与溶剂无关。 The effects of factors such as aluminum plate,solvent,stretching speed,standing time after bonding,membrane thickness,thermal aging and ultraviolet radiation on the peeling strength of self-adhesive polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane are tested,and an optimization plan is proposed.The results show that the peeling strength of membrane and aluminum plate is related to the aluminum plate condition,the size of the pressing roller,the degree of stress,the stretching speed,the standing time after bonding,the thickness of the membrane,thermal aging and ultraviolet radiation.This paper suggests replace the old aluminum plates timely;test with a 56 mm wide handle type pressing roller,stretching speed and post-bonding standing time of standard;thermal aging and UV aging can lead to a decrease in peeling strength,and the membrane should be stored in a ventilated place at room temperature,and free from light;the thicker the membrane,the greater the peeling strength;the peeling strength is not related to the solvent.
