L3骨骼肌指数的研究现状及在口腔颌面外科中的应用

摘要 随着老年人群数量不断增长和以疾病为中心的医疗模式的发展,以体质量指数评估患者的营养状况和疾病预后已不能满足临床需要,故亟需寻找面向患者的个性化医学。骨骼肌质量和患者预后密切相关,CT测量的第三腰椎(the third lumbar vertebra,L3)骨骼肌指数(skeletal muscle index,SMI)在指导患者诊疗决策及预后判断中具有重要的临床价值。本文对其现有研究成果及在口腔颌面外科的应用作出综述及展望。 With the growth of the elderly population and the development of the disease-centered medical model,it is unable to satisfy clinical needs that evaluate the nutrition and prognosis of patients by body mass index.The patient-oriented model plays an increasingly important role in medical activities.The skeletal muscle is closely associated with the prognosis of patients.The skeletal muscle index(SMI)of the third lumbar vertebra(L3)measured by CT has significant value in guiding diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.In this paper,the current research results are reviewed and their application in oral and maxillofacial surgery is prospected.
