摘要
为了解SiC_(p)体积分数对SLM成形SiC_(p)/AlSi10Mg复合材料的力学性能的影响规律,本文通过改变SiC_(p)/AlSi10Mg复合材料中SiC_(p)的体积分数,研究了不同SiC_(p)体积分数下复合材料的显微组织及力学性能变化规律。研究结果表明:随着SiC_(p)体积分数的增加,复合材料的中的冶金孔洞的增多及Si形貌的改变是其力学性能降低的主要原因。当SiC_(p)体积分数为3%时,复合材料的抗拉强度及延伸率最高,分别达到417.3MPa和4.9%。
The paper studies how the change in the SiC_(p)volume fraction influences the microstructure and the mechanical properties of SiC_(p)/AlSi10Mg composites fabricated by SLM.The results show that increasing SiC_(p)volume fraction causes an increase in metallurgical pores and a change in Si morphology,which are the major contributor to the degradation of the mechanical properties of the composites.When the SiC_(p)volume fraction is 3%,its tensile strength and ductility reach the maximum values of 417.3 MPa and 4.9%respectively.
